Job summary

Ajulia Executive Search is partnering with a Milwaukee-area manufacturing company to hire an experienced maintenance professional. The role focuses on implementing a predictive maintenance program, leading technicians, and driving reliability improvements across rotating equipment.

You will read blueprints and electrical schematics, manage KPIs, and create reports on maintenance activity, equipment state, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in manufacturing with strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical skills.
• Continuous improvement focus to enhance equipment efficiency, safety and uptime.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting capabilities.
• Hands-on leadership and ability to develop technicians while maintaining performance standards.
• Reliability-focused mindset with emphasis on preventive maintenance and uptime improvement.
• CMMS experience for scheduling, reporting and workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage a predictive maintenance program.
• Drive quality to prevent repeat issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate project management, time management and leadership skills.
• Review and monitor rotating equipment conditions.
• Develop, implement and manage KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
• Participate in equipment design ensuring reliability and maintainability.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and engineering sketches.
• Create and present reports detailing maintenance activities, plant equipment state, shutdown planning and cost control.
