Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance management experience.

• Strong background in preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and failure analysis.
• Lead plant maintenance and reliability efforts to maximize equipment availability and manufacturing performance.

Responsibilities

• Set the maintenance strategy and daily priorities needed to keep critical equipment reliable and production running.
• Turn equipment failures and downtime data into targeted reliability actions that eliminate recurring problems and strengthen preventive maintenance.
• Improve maintenance planning and execution through CMMS utilization, work order discipline, scheduling, and performance measurement.
• Manage labor, contractors, spare parts, and maintenance spending while balancing cost objectives with equipment availability.
• Coordinate with Operations to plan repairs, preventive work, installations, and equipment improvements with minimal production disruption.
