Job summary

Solina USA is seeking a Liquid Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance across liquid and sauce manufacturing operations. You will direct teams in installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of production equipment and utilities.

A strong knowledge of Winpak pouch machines and a focus on compliance with safety standards are highly preferred. You will partner with Production, Quality, Engineering, Sanitation and Safety to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient processes

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in liquid and sauce processing.
• Strong knowledge of Winpak pouch machines operation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with FDA and OSHA safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to develop maintenance strategies to reduce downtime.
• Budgeting for spare parts and vendor contracts; KPI-driven.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across liquid and sauce operations.
• Oversee maintenance of Winpak W-18 and W-25 pouch machines and related equipment.
• Manage the site's process waste treatment systems and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and execute maintenance strategies to improve reliability and uptime.
• Create maintenance schedules in partnership with Production to minimize downtime.
• Manage maintenance budget, spare parts, and vendor contracts.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, and Solina safety standards.
• Provide technical leadership for process and packaging equipment plant-wide.
