Crown Bakeries is seeking a Maintenance Manager to direct all maintenance activities, drive plant efficiency, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. The role requires leadership to coach the team, coordinate with OEMs, and maintain PM programs while managing inventory and budgets.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree (preferred), 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience, strong knowledge of CMMS, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Maintenance leader preferred.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.

Aufgaben

• Direct all maintenance efforts to meet plant Quality, Efficiency, Safety, Financial, and regulatory goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team for a positive culture.
• Maintain uptime by managing systems and resources and track issues with KPIs/CMMS.
• Coordinate PM program and ensure a documented maintenance plan.
• Manage inventory of parts and identify critical spare parts.
• Oversee maintenance budgeting, cost drivers, and capital projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and reporting.
