TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Cambridge, MD plant. You will supervise a team of maintenance technicians, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

You will lead maintenance activities, develop a preventive maintenance program, and maintain logs and reports to reduce downtime and increase reliability in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management or related field is a plus.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control and inventory management.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with SAP and inventory software; proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure proper maintenance practices.
• Assign tasks and prioritize maintenance activities based on urgency and criticality.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program.
• Monitor inspections, lubrication, cleaning and calibration of machinery.
• Coordinate and prioritize emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports and documentation.
• Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
