Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three years leading maintenance teams in manufacturing.
• LME certification required.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment and manufacturing operations.
• Experience using maintenance metrics and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the maintenance team through coaching, training, and daily direction.
• Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize reliability.
• Maintain facility systems, utilities, and production equipment for safe operations.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce downtime and boost efficiency.
• Track metrics like uptime, MTBF, and MTTR.
• Coordinate external vendors, contractors, and facility projects.
• Manage budgets, inventory, spare parts, and maintenance expenditures.
• Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Operations to resolve issues.
• Ensure OSHA and safety/environmental/regulatory compliance.
• Utilize CMMS and reporting tools to monitor performance.
