Job summary
C&W Services is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Salinas, CA to lead maintenance and facility support across sites, drive reliable operations, and mentor site leaders. You will oversee AMMs, collaborate with regional and senior managers, and ensure safety, KPI achievement, and client alignment.
We offer a $25,000 sign-on bonus and a $75,000 relocation package for eligible hires, with benefits starting on day one and weekly pay.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in maintenance management, with expertise in predictive and preventive maintenance.
- Proven leadership skills to manage multiple teams or a single high-complexity site.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Availability to provide 24/7 support with flexibility to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead and align AMMs and site teams with company and client goals.
- Mentor and coach AMMs to build a pipeline of future leaders.
- Champion a safety-first culture by ensuring compliance with safety protocols and training completion.
- Drive performance in preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime and equipment reliability.
- Build and maintain relationships with site leadership and participate in QBRs.
- Maintain compliance with timesheets, travel and expense reports; ensure RCAs are completed on time.
