Guardian Energy Janesville is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Janesville, MN to lead the Maintenance Department and drive safe, reliable operation of plant assets. The role partners with Operations, Grains, Engineering and Safety to optimize maintenance programs and asset performance.

The position emphasizes developing people, planning and scheduling, and implementing continuous improvement to maximize equipment availability and cost effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years' experience in maintenance/reliability for process manufacturing or equivalent.
• Experience leading maintenance personnel and coordinating across multiple departments.
• Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance, preventive/predictive maintenance, and root cause analysis.
• Experience administering CMMS including asset hierarchy, work management, and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Maintenance Department to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective performance of plant assets and systems.
• Develop and implement a plant-wide reliability program to increase equipment availability and reduce downtime.
• Own maintenance work-management process: planning, scheduling, execution, closeout, and review.
• Coordinate outages and repairs with Operations, Engineering and other departments to minimize production disruption.
• Administer and optimize CMMS as system of record for asset history, maintenance costs and parts.
