Job summary

GPAC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and optimize maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing facility, ensuring equipment reliability and safety.

You will guide a maintenance team, implement preventive and predictive programs, troubleshoot complex issues, and manage budgets, inventories, and vendor relations to support production goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, PLCs, and automated systems.
• Proven ability to lead teams and improve operational efficiency.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
