Job summary

You will manage mechanical and electrical maintenance, including PLCs and high/low voltage systems, conduct inspections, support upgrades, and maintain thorough records of activities and equipment performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in an industrial setting.
• Strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance, including PLCs.
• Ability to interpret schematics and troubleshoot complex systems.
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.
• Familiarity with safety standards and lean manufacturing (5S).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure high performance.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Oversee electrical systems (high/low voltage) and PLCs maintenance.
• Conduct regular facility inspections for safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with projects to plan upgrades and repairs.
• Analyze schematics to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Participate in equipment installation, commissioning, and start-up.
• Evaluate equipment reliability and drive performance improvements.
• Communicate with maintenance team and department managers.
• Perform hands-on maintenance when required.
