ADP, Inc. in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Maintenance Area Lead to drive daily to monthly maintenance activities, coordinate technicians, and push continuous improvements while upholding safety and GMP standards.

You will develop preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, manage spare parts, and report performance to the Maintenance Supervisor. A 3–5 year manufacturing maintenance background and a high school diploma with technical certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred.
• 3-5 years maintenance experience in manufacturing with leadership/coordination.
• Strong troubleshooting, safety compliance, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and coordinate maintenance tasks for the assigned area.
• Ensure safety protocols and OSHA compliance.
• Update PM content and maintenance schedules.
• Troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime.
• Maintain records in CMMS and report to supervisor.
• Collaborate with production to ensure food safety and product quality.
