Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician in Canton, OH to perform routine maintenance and repairs across facility systems. The role requires hands-on mechanical proficiency and strong electrical troubleshooting capabilities, including PLC and safety systems.

You will work from a proactive, independent, and team-oriented approach in a manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate will handle electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components, follow LOTO safety guidelines, and document

Qualifications

Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Experience with electrical systems, including troubleshooting using an ohmmeter.
Skilled and experienced in the areas of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, basic welding, and rigging.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems within the facility.
Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures.
Work with electrical motors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
Work with logic controllers to troubleshoot and maintain automated systems.
Document all maintenance activities accurately in compliance with company policies.
