Job summary

Pratt Recycling seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate the upkeep of a wide range of production equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and proper setup for production use.

You will lead the maintenance team, monitor warranties, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors. The role requires on-call presence, safety adherence, and the ability to train and develop staff while supporting capital projects and company policies.

Qualifications

• Four years maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant.
• Two years’ experience in electronics, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electricity.
• Demonstrated personnel managerial skills.
• High safety awareness and safety discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance/repair of production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Supervise maintenance team with frequent reviews and audits of work.
• Monitor warranties and service guarantees; notify about expiration dates.
• Manage inventory courtesies and parts supply; verify with computerized inventory.
