Nature Fresh Farms, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Delta, OH. The role oversees maintenance operations, planning, and vendor coordination within the Facilities Department, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and safety compliance.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years of supervisory experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with CMMS, ERP systems, KPI portals, and Excel. Flexibility for extended hours and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience supervising teams.
• Maintenance planner/scheduler experience is an asset.
• Proficient with CMMS, ERP systems and KPI portals.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and planning.
• Develop weekly schedules for maintenance team and long-term planning.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for service requests.
• Establish maintenance standards and a preventative maintenance program.
• Lead root cause analysis and ensure timely corrective actions.
