Job summary

Waterford Hotel Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the physical plant, systems, and preventative maintenance for our hotel assets. You will manage budgets and energy projects while leading and developing the engineering team to ensure top performance and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, plus OSHA and local code familiarity. Weekend/holiday flexibility and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Five years minimum experience as Chief Engineer or facilities engineer in hospitality.
• Extensive knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, and safety systems.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and local building codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building, mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Manage budgets, capital expenditure projects, and energy conservation programs.
• Train and mentor engineering staff and schedule engineering activities for efficient hotel operations.
