Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting).
• Monitor and maintain building systems as assigned.
• Complete maintenance service requests and document tasks.
• Interact professionally with guests, vendors, contractors and staff.
• Complete grounds work as directed by Chief Engineer.
• Notify GM of unusual occurrences or damage.
• Ensure safety standards meet company/local guidelines.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues; keep task records.
• Minor maintenance: electrical, plumbing, painting, caulking.
• Snow removal as needed.
