Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair duties across HVAC, plumbing, lighting, furniture, sheetrock, and painting.
• Monitor and maintain building systems as assigned.
• Complete maintenance service requests promptly.
• Maintain a professional and courteous manner with guests, vendors, contractors, and employees.
• Complete grounds work as directed by Chief Engineer.
• Alert the General Manager to any unusual occurrence or damage.
• Ensure safety standards comply with company, local, City, State and Federal guidelines.
• Respond to guest and colleague maintenance issues in a timely fashion.
• Minor maintenance (Electrical, Plumbing, painting, caulking).
• Snow removal (Must be able to shovel snow).
