Job summary

CCMC in Keller, Texas is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance of the Association’s facilities and grounds, ensuring tidiness and a welcoming appearance. You will supervise the Maintenance Department, hire and train staff, manage scheduling, and delegate repairs or oversee vendors.

The role requires at least five years of facility and grounds maintenance experience with supervisory responsibilities, plus strong computer skills and a service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in facility and grounds maintenance.
• Five years’ experience in direct supervision of staff.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products.
• Service-oriented, self-motivated, and able to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of Association facilities and grounds to ensure tidiness, cleanliness and welcoming appearance.
• Supervise the Maintenance Department, including hiring, training, scheduling and evaluating staff.
• Prepare and maintain property to pass safety standards (OSHA, company safety) and inspections.
• Maintain records of maintenance, warranties, and service information; delegate repairs and oversee vendors as needed.
• Provide monthly inspection reports and manage preventative maintenance schedules.
• Assist in budgeting and bid specifications; manage stock of items and supplies.
