The successful candidate will build in-house maintenance capabilities, plan preventative maintenance, and coordinate with operators, vendors, and leadership to minimize downtime while driving cost-effective

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule maintenance projects and repairs.
• Plan and execute preventative maintenance programs.
• Build in-house maintenance skills to reduce reliance on external vendors.
• Communicate maintenance plans and updates to operators and leadership.
• Coordinate internal staff and external vendors to minimize equipment downtime.
• Identify and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
• Train operators to recognize and report equipment issues.
• Maintain inventory of parts and consumables.
• Foster strong relationships with manufacturers and vendors to expedite service.
• Expand supplier network to improve cost and service timelines.
• Conduct annual oil testing and analysis.
• Serve as the primary contact for building maintenance contractor.
