You will supervise staff, coordinate preventive maintenance, and partner with vendors while applying strong analytical and interpersonal skills. The role requires 5+ years in facility/warehouse management, leadership experience, and proficiency with material handling equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Industrial or Electrical Engineering or Business Administration.
• Minimum five years experience in facility management / distribution warehouse operations / safety.
• Proven leadership with at least 2 years as lead or supervisor.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience operating material handling equipment.
• Experience with conveyor systems and forklift is a must.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach and counsel staff on performance, including preventative maintenance, safety and regulatory compliance issues.
• Interact professionally and effectively through verbal and written communication with all professional contacts.
• Independently prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.
• Analyze data to determine the appropriate course of action.
• Effectively accomplish assigned duties/tasks through the work of subordinates.
• Move merchandise and equipment up to 50 pounds.
