Job summary

Röchling Medical is seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance across facilities, ensure safe operation, and minimize downtime. You will oversee the Facility Maintenance and Janitorial teams, manage budgets, and drive improvements in reliability and safety.

Requires a 5+ year manufacturing maintenance background and 3+ years in a leadership role, with strong TPM and OSHA knowledge to meet quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• 3+ years in a management or supervisory role.
• Experience using performance metrics to improve reliability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Oversee maintenance of plastic injection molding machines and peripheral equipment.
• Manage budgets, repairs, and spare parts inventory.
• Lead and develop Facility Maintenance and Janitorial teams.
• Coordinate with Planning and Production to minimize downtime.
• Evaluate equipment condition and justify capital investments.
