Job summary

Freudenberg Group seeks a Facilities Manager to lead maintenance for injection molding operations in a regulated manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and mentoring technicians within a large global technology group.

Ideal candidates hold a engineering or industrial technologies degree and have 7+ years of relevant experience, including leadership of maintenance teams and hands-on troubleshooting with molding equipment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, or related field preferred.
7+ years of experience in supporting injection molding manufacturing equipment/maintenance operations/technical services leadership in a regulated manufacturing environment.
3+ years leading maintenance/technical services/manufacturing support teams.
Hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance with injection molding machines (Toyo/Engel/Battenfeld/Arburg).
Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, controls, servo systems, robotics, automation, and molding process interactions.
Experience with CMMS/ERP maintenance systems (SAP PM preferred) and maintenance planning.
OSHA regulations knowledge; proficient with Microsoft Office; ability to mentor technicians and improve equipment performance.
