Qualifications

• 5–8 years in maintenance, mechanical engineering, or similar manufacturing environment.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Food or dairy manufacturing experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance department.
• Strengthen and elevate the PM program.
• Ensure equipment reliability across systems.
• Collaborate with plant leadership on operational priorities.
• Maintain maintenance reporting and documentation.
• Respond to urgent plant needs as part of 24/7 on-call responsibility.
