The ideal candidate has 5+ years of leadership in maintenance or manufacturing, with strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, PLCs, automation, and working in regulated food

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of leadership in maintenance, engineering, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience in food or beverage manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, reliability practices, PLCs, automation, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated success leading teams, managing projects, and improving operational performance.
• Experience in cGMP, FDA-regulated, or other highly regulated environments is a plus.
