Job summary

You will inspect, maintain, and repair electrical and mechanical systems, develop maintenance plans, read blueprints, and ensure OSHA compliance while guiding a team and managing the maintenance budget. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ten (10) years’ experience as Maintenance Technician in industrial maintenance facilities.
• Three (3) years’ experience manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems maintenance.
• Position requires a valid driver license.
• Trade Certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and maintain all facility areas.
• Ensure proper operation of electrical units and systems.
• Create and implement maintenance plans and SOPs.
• Read and interpret installation blueprints.
• Repair, install, and adjust machinery.
• Review reports to plan maintenance activities; modify as needed.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and repair equipment.
• Maintain records of maintenance and service activities.
• Ensure OSHA/EPA/FDA standards compliance.
• Schedule maintenance activities and respond to emergencies.
• Supervise maintenance workers and allocate workloads.
• Oversee the maintenance budget and productivity gains.
