Steel Technologies LLC is seeking aMaintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance crew, mentor staff, and oversee safety compliance at our Huger, SC facility. You will manage equipment reliability, plan outages, and support cost-effective operations.

The role requires strong diagnostic skills across electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, plus the ability to interpret blueprints and MSDS documentation.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent maintenance experience with leadership exposure.
• Ability to read electrical, mechanical, hydraulic blueprints and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic breakdowns.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and assist with workload alongside maintenance crew, including training and mentoring.
• Monitor attendance, vacations, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Inspect equipment for safety, productivity, and cost effectiveness.
• Track downtime and quality issues; conduct failure mode analysis.
• Plan daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance activities and outages.
• Complete daily CMMS and hard copy reports; file quotes and work orders.
• Investigate and document procedures for maintenance and breakdown repair; manage plant security and safety systems.
• Source parts, compare pricing, schedule deliveries, and maintain spare parts inventory.
• Additional duties as assigned.
