Job summary

ALPLA Caribe busca un/a Ingeniero/a con experiencia en mantenimiento industrial para liderar las actividades de mantenimiento de planta, maximizando la disponibilidad y confiabilidad de equipos.

Se requiere grado en ingeniería y al menos 5 años en mantenimiento, con capacidad de gestionar presupuestos, proyectos y liderar equipos. Se valora dominio del inglés y experiencia en fabricación.

Qualifications

• Título universitario en ingeniería mecánica, eléctrica, electrotécnica, industria o afín.
• Mínimo 5 años en mantenimiento industrial y al menos 3 años liderando equipos.
• Conocimiento de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo.
• Experiencia en gestión de presupuestos, proyectos y control de costos.
• Habilidades de liderazgo, planificación, resolución de problemas y orientación a resultados.
• Preferencia: experiencia en manufactura y dominio del inglés.

Responsibilities

• Liderar y coordinar mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo para maximizar rendimiento.
• Garantizar disponibilidad, confiabilidad y eficiencia de equipos e instalaciones.
• Asegurar cumplimiento de estándares de calidad, seguridad y costos.
• Gestionar presupuesto y proyectos de mejora continua.
