Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in industrial maintenance with at least 3 years leading work teams.
• Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Experience in budget management, project management, and cost control.
• Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and results-driven.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency in English preferred.

Job description

Support Alpla Caribe operations by ensuring that the plant's maintenance system guarantees the availability, reliability, and efficiency of equipment and facilities. Lead and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to maximize operational performance, minimize downtime, and ensure compliance with the organization's quality, safety, cost, and productivity standards.
