Job summary

ALPLA Group in Puerto Rico is seeking a dependable machine operator to run IBM lines and auxiliaries, ensuring continuous production according to customer requirements and specifications. You will handle material feeding, perform basic troubleshooting, document shift reporting, maintain area cleanliness, and help produce quality products.

This role requires technical education, hands-on experience on industrial lines, and bilingual Spanish and English communication.

Qualifications

• Technical education or equivalent in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating machine lines in an industrial setting.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and data entry.
• Bilingual Spanish and English for communication with teams and suppliers.
• Willingness to travel as required by assignments.

Responsibilities

• Operate IBM machines and auxiliaries to maintain production per specifications.
• Handle material feeding equipment and manage downstream processes.
• Troubleshoot on the machine to minimize downtime.
• Perform shift reporting and document production activities.
• Maintain cleanliness in the assigned area during the shift.
• Produce quality products that meet standards.
