Job summary

Bondex Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead a fast-paced, needle-punch nonwoven manufacturing facility. You will drive reliability, uptime, and safety while guiding a high-performing team.

You will develop preventive/predictive maintenance programs and collaborate with Production, Engineering and Quality to optimize equipment performance and efficiency. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of maintenance leadership in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and automation systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills for complex machinery.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ability to read electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics/blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and facility systems.
• Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize reliability.
• Troubleshoot and minimize downtime on equipment.
• Supervise and develop maintenance technicians.
• Plan and schedule maintenance to support production goals.
• Manage budgets, inventory, spare parts, and external contractors.
• Ensure OSHA and safety standards compliance.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality to improve equipment performance.
• Analyze downtime data and implement root-cause corrective actions.
• Support installation, commissioning and continuous improvement of equipment.
• Maintain accurate CMMS maintenance records.
