Qualifications

Senior maintenance leadership experience in regulated environments.
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and resources.
Experience coordinating across multiple sites and regulatory audits.
Ability to obtain Australian Defence Security Clearance.
Strong people leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance and supply support across multiple sites.
Manage resources, schedules and budgets to meet requirements.
Ensure compliance with CASA, EASA, FAA, UK CAA.
Drive continuous improvement in safety and performance.
