Job summary

CAE USA Inc. seeks an Expat Site Manager to lead CAE USA’s onsite operations at the Seahawk Simulation & Warfare Center, overseeing trainer readiness, sustainment, and expatriate support in a classified facility.

The role requires coordinating with CAE Australia and RAN stakeholders, ensuring security, safety, and customer-facing standards while managing multinational teams and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in military aviation, simulation, or sustainment operations.
• Experience managing expatriate teams and multinational programs.
• Strong understanding of SSA, export control, and TCP compliance.
• Ability to interface effectively with military customers and contractors.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Australia for long-term expatriate assignment.
• U.S. citizenship required due to government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of CAE USA personnel supporting MH-60R training systems at SSWC.
• Coordinate with CAE Australia staff and RAN representatives on sustainment and training.
• Ensure training schedules and device availability align with RAN requirements.
• Oversee simulator readiness, maintenance, and fault response.
• Act as CAE USA’s onsite representative to RAN, NAWCTSD, and defense offices.
• Support program updates, contract negotiations, and performance reporting.
• Ensure compliance with SSA, AOP, export controls and TCP constraints.
• Maintain separation of U.S. and Australian affiliate responsibilities for classified information.
• Supervise expats, mentor staff, and coordinate HR needs and visa requirements.
• Maintain communication with CAE USA HR, Security, and PMO.
• Support sustainment, COMS/CIS activities, engineering updates, obsolescence management.
• Contribute to program documentation, reporting, and contract deliverables.
