The Expat Site Manager leads CAE USA’s onsite operations at the Seahawk Simulation & Warfare Center (SSWC), overseeing training-device availability, sustainment activities, SSA-compliant operations, expatriate support, and daily coordination between CAE USA, CAE Australia, and RAN stakeholders. The role ensures high readiness of MH-–60R Tactical Operational Flight Trainers (TOFTs), Weapons Tactics Trainers (WTTs), and associated systems within a classified facility environment. This position requires a leader capable of operating in a multinational, high-–tempo military simulation environment while maintaining strict security, safety, and customer-“facing standards.
