Qualifications

5+ years of maintenance management experience in manufacturing.
Experience leading maintenance teams.
Ability to read CAD and P&ID drawings.
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause problem-solving capabilities.
Experience using maintenance KPIs and performance data to identify trends and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, train, and develop the maintenance team with a safety-first culture.
Oversee maintenance and repair of plant equipment and systems (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC).
Develop preventive maintenance programs to improve reliability and uptime.
Provide technical leadership for troubleshooting complex equipment issues.
Develop and implement maintenance procedures, guides, and best practices.
Identify recurring issues and drive sustainable corrective actions.
Read CAD and P&ID drawings to support planning and improvements.
Track KPIs like Availability/Uptime, PM Compliance, MTTR, MTBF, downtime, and WOE.
