Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the general operating maintenance and repair of community buildings and grounds. You will supervise maintenance, housekeeping and laundry staff, hire and train team members, and ensure timely, quality work across the community.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 2–3 years related experience, and a valid state driver's license. Expect on-site work with occasional travel and a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid State Driver's License required for vehicle travel, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversees maintenance and upkeep of community buildings and grounds to meet standards and policies.
• Supervises maintenance, housekeeping and laundry staff where applicable; hires, trains, evaluates performance and resolves issues.
• Coordinates maintenance requests, inspects work, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
