You will oversee asset management, budget control, safety compliance, and staff development to maximize uptime and reliability. The role requires a strong technical background, leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize equipment

Qualifications

• 8+ years coordinating or managing maintenance operations.
• Degree from a vocational school or BSc/BA in Business Administration or Facility Management, or a certification in maintenance management.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee asset management and PM programs.
• Lead and develop maintenance staff to ensure quality and safety.
• Ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA and local regulations.

Education

High School Diploma + 8+ years coordinating or managing maintenance

BSc/BA or Vocational Certification in related field

Equivalent combination of education and experience
