Job summary

Towne Properties in Dayton, OH is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee multifamily maintenance operations. You will perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and related components while supervising a maintenance team and ensuring property standards.

Responsibilities include inspections, inventory management, and completing resident work orders. HVAC and EPA certifications are required, along with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily settings.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair skills.
• EPA HVAC certification required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Proficiency with work order software.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool equipment, grounds, appliances, locks, carpentry, roofing, and signage.
• Conduct regular inspections to assess service needs and extent of maintenance required.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and orders as needed.
• Complete work orders from residents and keep the community clean and presentable.
• Repair and maintain HVAC equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Supervise and mentor maintenance team to ensure high-quality services.
