Job summary

Towne Properties is hiring a Service Technician to maintain apartment communities in Springdale, OH. The role requires hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and groundskeeping, plus the ability to complete turnovers efficiently.

You will work weekdays with on-call hours as needed, driving a company vehicle and using basic job tools. Towne offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in multi-family residential maintenance.
• Experienced Turnover Technician – versed in all aspects of apartment turns and servicing.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds.
• Strong customer service skills with a cheerful outlook when assisting residents.
• Ability to work independently while staying efficient and thorough.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, locks/keys, and groundskeeping tasks.
• Handle apartment turnovers, preparing homes for new residents.
• Complete work orders quickly and with high-quality results.
• Address emergencies as situations arise or while on-call.
