On-call rotation is required, with an on-call bonus of $100. Qualifications include 1+ year in multifamily maintenance, experience with turnovers, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of multifamily maintenance experience.
• Experience with apartment turnovers and repairs.
• HVAC experience preferred but not required.
• Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair skills.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances and building systems.
• Execute apartment turns efficiently for new residents.
• Respond to service requests with a customer-focused approach.
• Maintain community appearance and grounds as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to urgent maintenance needs.
