Applied Aerospace & Defense is looking for an experienced, hands‑on Maintenance & Facilities Manager to lead the maintenance and facilities function supporting our aerospace manufacturing operations.

This is an opportunity for a strong maintenance leader who enjoys being out on the manufacturing floor, solving problems, developing a team, improving equipment reliability, and keeping operations running safely and efficiently.

This is not a position for someone who wants to manage maintenance from behind a desk. We are looking for a leader who is comfortable working alongside the team, troubleshooting equipment issues, partnering with Operations and Engineering, and taking ownership when challenges arise.

Our teams manufacture highly engineered, flight‑critical components and complex assemblies where quality, precision, safety, and reliability matter.

We believe great results come from great people. Our culture values accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and leaders who are willing to roll up their sleeves and make an impact.

What You’ll Do

As our Maintenance & Facilities Manager, you will lead the people, processes, equipment, and facility activities that keep our manufacturing operation running.

You will:

  • Build and maintain effective preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, EHS, and other teams to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Ensure manufacturing equipment, machinery, and facility systems remain safe, reliable, and operational.
