Job summary

INA Solution is seeking a Maintenance Manager to direct maintenance and facilities activities for an aerospace fastener manufacturing operation. You will lead maintenance staff, coordinate contractors, and drive reliability across mechanical, electrical, and utility systems that support cold heading, CNC machining, heat-treatment, and other precision processes.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Experience leading maintenance teams in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily maintenance across facilities and utilities.
• Plan and prioritize preventive, predictive, corrective work.
• Lead response to breakdowns of production equipment; coordinate resources.
• Coordinate equipment installations and validations for production readiness.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
