Job summary

IFCO SYSTEMS, located in McDonough, Georgia, is seeking a Maintenance Manager responsible for operational excellence within the service center. The role involves maximizing machine efficiency and ensuring effective maintenance practices among local staff.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of previous maintenance experience in a high-volume production, agricultural production, or distribution facility required.
• Experience with multiple high-volume 24-hour production/warehouse environments required.
• Documented OSHA safety training and/or accreditation strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence of all wash processes and maximize machine efficiency.
• Coordinate maintenance scheduling to reduce downtime while maintaining safety.
• Train and develop maintenance personnel.

4-year college degree preferred
