Job summary

IFCO SYSTEMS US, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to ensure operational excellence across wash processes and equipment. You will maximize machine efficiency, schedule planned maintenance, and drive CAPEX projects within the service center.

Partner with the General Manager to guide local maintenance staff and optimize overall plant performance. The role requires a 4-year degree, 10+ years in maintenance at high-volume facilities, and strong leadership, budgeting, and safety program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; 10+ years maintenance experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership in high‑volume production environments.
• Strong planning, budgeting, and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventative maintenance for wash processes and equipment.
• Schedule maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize safety.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment issues.
• Lead CAPEX projects within approved budgets and timelines.
• Develop and mentor maintenance staff for performance and reliability.
