Job summary

IFCO SYSTEMS US, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Greenfield, IN to oversee maintenance for wash processes and drive operational excellence. You will partner with the General Manager to lead local maintenance staff, ensure machine efficiency, schedule preventive maintenance, and engage in CAPEX projects within approved budgets.

Candidate should bring extensive maintenance experience in high-volume production, with strongElectrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic capabilities;

Qualifications

• 10+ years of maintenance experience in high-volume production, agricultural production or distribution facilities.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic applications; automation background is a plus.
• Ability to develop and manage project plans with budget.
• OSHA safety training and/or accreditation strongly preferred.
• Experience in coordinating maintenance scheduling to reduce downtime and maintain safe practices.
• Experience managing 24-hour high-volume production/warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Support preventive maintenance program at local facility
• Coordinate maintenance scheduling to reduce downtime while maintaining safe work practices
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems and provide technical support to facility maintenance personnel
• Maintain and monitor PDM system to include troubleshooting issues, software updates and hardware installations
• Support General Manager by providing equipment analysis and recommended course of action for efficient and cost-effective machine operation
• Execute CAPEX projects and initiatives to approved budgets and timelines
• Direct and support maintenance employees to install, maintain and repair equipment as well as following good housekeeping practices
• Manage and direct multiple projects simultaneously
• Train and develop maintenance personnel

Salary Range: $100,000.00 To $125,000.00 Annually

SUMMARY:

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring operational excellence of all wash processes, maximizing machine efficiency, scheduling planned machine maintenance, and engagement in CAPEX projects within service center. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Demonstratedaptitudeinelectrical,mechanical,andhydraulicand pneumaticapplications, background in automation is a plus.
• Able to handle maintain and overcome large complex integration system challenges.
• Process development experience and proven record in operational success inbalancing cost, quality, andperformance
• Abilitytodevelopandmanageprojectplanswithbudget
• Documented OSHA safety training and/or accreditation stronglypreferred
• Minimum of 10+ years of previous maintenance experience in a high-volumeproduction, agricultural production or distribution facility required
• Experience working with multiple high-volume 24-hour production/warehouse environmentsrequired
• Safety program management experiencerequired
• Mustbewillingtoworkflexibleschedules/hours

SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE:

• Excellent verbal and written communicationskills
• Ability to work effectively in a teamenvironment
• Proven planning and organizational skills with the ability to handle high volume operationalrequirements
• Familiar with applicable federal and state laws pertaining to wage and hour,employee relations andsafety
• Computer literacy required, including proficiency in standard businessapplications included in Microsoft OfficeSuite
• Proven Ability to work/develop and effective team within a high-volume 24-hour production/warehouseenvironment
• Excellent on time decision makingskills.
