Job summary

BlueScope Buildings NA is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead plant maintenance resources in support of Manufacturing Excellence within the region. The role focuses on safety, maintenance performance, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction, balancing production with planned maintenance activities and goals.

Qualifications include three years of industrial maintenance experience and a technical education with certificates.

Qualifications

• Three years’ industrial maintenance experience.
• HS diploma or GED with relevant certificates in hydraulics, PLC, devices & circuits, pneumatics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safely the outputs expected by the plant business plan on a day-to-day basis.
• Own and champion maintenance management processes, PMs and inventory management.
• Manage interface with external vendors and contractors per the program.
• Support the execution of capital projects.
• Build and maintain maintenance team skills through MST program.
