BlueScope Buildings North America, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance resources and sustain strategic objectives across our manufacturing operations. This role emphasizes safety, maintenance performance, and cost efficiency to support the plant’s business plan.

You will champion RCМ processes, oversee maintenance software, coordinate external vendors, support capital projects, and develop the MST program to ensure team competency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum: three years’ industrial maintenance experience.
• HS diploma or GED plus certificates in hydraulics, PLC programming, devices & circuits, pneumatics, etc.
• Preferred: Associate degree with emphasis in a technical discipline.

Responsabilités

• Deliver safely the outputs expected by BlueScope Buildings NA (plant) business plan on a day to day, week to week basis.
• Owner and champion of RCM processes, maintenance management software, preventive and predictive maintenance program and part inventory management.
• Manage interface with external vendors and contractors who are brought in to service or install equipment per the Contractor Management Program.
• Support the execution of capital projects.
• Ensure the skills and competency of maintenance team are built and maintained through the Maintenance Skills Training (MST) program.
