Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Manager Maintenance for the AML6 Drug Substance facility on a 12-hour night shift. You will lead a multi-skilled maintenance team, manage planning, scheduling, and compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment.

The role requires significant expertise in maintenance leadership, CMMS usage, Lean Six Sigma, and strong English/Spanish communication. Amgen offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree or equivalent advanced degree in a related field.
• Master’s +3 years maintenance/engineering experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s +5 years experience in Maintenance/Engineering.
• Associate’s +10 years experience in Maintenance/Engineering.
• High school diploma with 12+ years maintenance/engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities ensuring alignment with production schedule and compliance.
• Manage a team of Instrument/ Maintenance Technicians and resources.
• Oversee corrective, preventive maintenance, and calibration programs.
