Job summary

Searchmasters Inc in Mississippi operates a 24/7, 4-shift aluminum melting facility. The role oversees all maintenance operations and leads a team of five direct reports, including shift technicians and a Team Leader.

You will ensure reliable operation of critical equipment, including two rotary furnaces, and drive capital improvement projects with a focus on continuous improvement while promoting a safety-first culture on the production floor and coordinating with outside contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a maintenance or industrial leadership role.
• BS Degree in Engineering is highly preferred but not required
• Background in melting operations, particularly with rotary furnaces, or experience in metal product manufacturing is strongly preferred
