Job summary

Optimas Solutions Ltd in Wood Dale, Illinois is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance, reliability, safety, and performance of all production equipment and facility systems. You will lead a team of four, drive TPM, and manage capital projects to minimize downtime.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong data-driven decision making, and collaboration across departments to maintain high-quality output and compliant operations at our Wood Dale site.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a technical role with large-scale manufacturing.
• 5+ years of direct management experience.
• Strong cross-department communication.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Continuous Improvement culture.
• Experience working with vendors and outside contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, reliability, safety, and performance of all production equipment.
• Manage facility systems, infrastructure, and grounds at the Wood Dale facility.
• Drive TPM and capital planning efforts.

Position Summary:

The Maintenance Manager reports to the Director of Manufacturing and supervises 4 team members. They will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, reliability, safety, and performance of all production equipment, support equipment, facility systems, infrastructure, and grounds at the Wood Dale manufacturing facility.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Continuous Improvement culture.
• Experience working with vendors and outside contractors
