Optimas OE Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Wood Dale, IL to oversee maintenance, reliability, safety, and performance of all production equipment, facility systems, and grounds. This role reports to the Director of Manufacturing and leads a team of four technicians, coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams to sustain operations.

The position emphasizes TPM, continuous improvement, and capital planning to minimize downtime and ensure optimal plant performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a technical role within large-scale manufacturing.
• 5+ years of management experience with direct reports.
• Communicate with all departments on events, visitors, and activities.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Continuous Improvement culture.
• Experience working with vendors and outside contractors.

Responsabilités

• Oversee maintenance, reliability, safety, and performance of production equipment, support equipment, facility systems, infrastructure, and grounds at the Wood Dale plant.
• Lead TPM and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and optimize capital planning.
• Supervise a team of 4 and coordinate with internal teams and external contractors for maintenance projects.

Position Summary:

The Maintenance Manager reports to the Director of Manufacturing and supervises 4 team members. They will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, reliability, safety, and performance of all production equipment, support equipment, facility systems, infrastructure, and grounds at the Wood Dale manufacturing facility.
